Church Government

The church is primarily Elder-run, but when faced with certain major decisions, the congregation is informed and approval sought.  We describe our governmental structure as ‘soft’, and our approach is gentle; we do our best to be very transparent. The Eldership is free to add additional Elders as they are led by the Lord, and as needed to shoulder the weight of the ministry.  Currently, we have 3 Elders, a Sr. Pastor, and an Associate Pastor.  If you visit with us, or you may write us at [email protected], we will certainly answer any questions you might have about our Governmental structure.
